I'm not trying to brag, but I've played Helmet Heroes for a very long time. Before the cowboy/guns were introduced, is about when I started. So, why am i bringing this up? Well, this is before all of these glitches started to happen. The times were simpler back then; in my opinion it was better than it is now, but that's not important yet. (#1)
The main problem that I have with Helmet Heroes in it's current 9.10 update, is the backgrounds. They may not seem important to some people, however it's utterly infuriating for me. The thing is, there are lines, cuts, and the backgrounds seem overall bad. However, this is not the worst part. The worst part for me is the ground. (#3) I'm going to be blunt, the 3d grounds are absolute garbage. Previously, we used to have non-3d platforms, ground, etc. ... , but now, they look horrible! Now, on to the main glitchy/buggy segment.
The new platforms, grounds, backgrounds, etc. ... are extremely bugged. Don't even try to tell me that they're not. The main concern/glitch that exists is the the lines. These lines distract from the game, as well as make the directed part of the scenery look horrible. I contacted a friend, and he also expressed his discontent with the situation. One of the places that has been severely effected by this is the "Sparring Grounds". There are lines on almost every platform, and it honestly looks very... disgusting, to say the least. (#4)
There are a few viable solutions to this error. First of which would be to fully remove the 3d background, the 3d grounds, and most importantly, those god damn lines! However, this also brings up some concerns, such as: "What are we going to do with the unused backgrounds?", or "How would reversing them to they're previous state be accomplished?". Obviously, this isn't a perfect plan, I'm just bringing up a few solutions. The next obvious solution would be in the next update, instead of working on new monsters, fix the many glitches already in your game, Robby. I mean, we, I really, don't need bird monsters, etc. ... , and would much rather have you fix bugs to make your game more enjoyable.
OK, so here are the pictures. Again, use the footnotes in the text to see what picture matches what part in the text #1
